Alkisah sofa baru

Rasanya jarang sangat2 kalau  beli barang yang mahal (definition mahal mungkin berbeza ikut poket masing2, hehe) seller akan lepas tangan je. Memang geram + marah + annoyed + rasa kena tipu + *insert yourself* bila terkena dgn seller yg xbertanggungjawab mcmni.

Alkisahnya, haritu pergi beli sofa kat kedai perabot di Seremban (nanti saya akan reveal nama kedai kalau dia insist xnk setelkan problem saya). Masa beli tu biasa lah kan mulut manis kalahkan gula. Puii! Sebabkan mmg berniat nk belikan sofa utk mak, so bagi la mak yg pilih sofa mana yg dia nak.. Apparently my mum berminat dgn this one sofa. English style bunga2 tu.

Masa beli tu dia ckp dia akan hantar yg BARU, of course la yang baru kan. Sbb yg display tu dah buruk, hitam & berbulu2 sbb org dah duduk bagai kat situ. Okay, so we paid RM1.6k for that sofa (1 + 2 + 3 seater). Dia ckp dia akan hantar on Monday (kitorang beli on Saturday). Monday saya dah balik Puchong, so I let my mum received the sofa la..

Then the story begins..

Isnin tu lori bawak sofa tu sampai.. Diorang hantar sofa siap berbungkus semua then they left. I was not there, so my mum opened the wrapping. Then my mum terkejut sbb sofa tu mcm dah lama & ada kesan dah digunapakai for 1 year?

Sebab:
1. Warna dah pudar & lusuh
2. Kain fabrik dah berbulu2
3. Ada part yg ada kesan hitam2

Of course la xpuas hati kan. Mahal gile kot sofa tuuuuu. Why should I paid 1.6k for used sofa?? Kalau sofa tu digunakan 1-2 hari, of course xkan lusuh fabrik tu. Bila fabrik tu dah lusuh & berbulu2, what do u expect? Of course dah guna dalam 1 jangka masa lama utk fabrik tu jd berbulu2.


Thennnnn, I called the shop. I told them I didnt satisfy with the quality of sofa that they sent. I want replacement or any compensation. Guess what they said?
1. "Kita dah hantar barang, so xboleh buat apa2, xboleh refund, xboleh compensate"
2. "Kalau kotor, you boleh bukak & basuh sendiri" <-- whatttttt????!!!
3. "Kita hantar brg baru, xkan mcmtu. Confirm baru"
4. "Kalau ada masa, bila2 saya dtg"
5. "Boss dekat oversea, xboleh bg number phone dia"
6. "Ni first time customer complaint. Kalau semua nak ganti, rugila saya"
7. "Saya ada anak bini, sembahyang punya org. Takkan saya nk tipu"

I dont care any of this shit. I dont care boss u kt oversea ke, semua customer nk ganti ke, u sembahyang ke. What I do know is, I want NEW quality of sofa. How come u sent so-called-new sofa ni dah berbulu & lusuh? How come bila I suruh u dtg sendiri tgk, u xnk? Hello.. I'm your customer, I have right to get the one you promised. A NEW SET OF SOFA.

Until now, no final say from the shop. I just give them time till end of this week. If xde pape kata putus, I will lodge my report to Tribunal Pengguna. I'll display your shop name, your contact number, you shop picture & serve you right!

dia sembahyang pun bkn blh pakai, sembahyang2 pun mabuk...undang2 ada, jadi manfaatkan sebaik mungkin...
